Adding items and collectable entries is not increasing

I have been adding items reciently and the total estimated value is increasing but the colletable entries is not. I have been stuck at 467 and by my calculations I should be at 485. I know that I have added several items in the last two days and no movement.

I checked and number is correct (sorry!)

Ok. I used the number under each catagory I created and it was the 485. Thanks for looking into this.
