The app no longer allows me to add or modify items. Instead, it only shows the ‘Something missing?’ link.
That is generally when your session is not synced between app and website. Try these
- Log out and in again
- Clear cache (some help here)
- Delete and download the app (we just released Version 5.2.8, so you can also upgrade if you are on an older version)

I tend to get this after the app is updated. I have to delete the app from my phone and download it again to fix it.
Nope. Still having same issue. App is most recent version 5.2.8.

for android can you please go to the app settings and clear the app data and login again ?
This now happens to me about once every 2 weeks. Only way to fix it for me is delete the app and reinstall. After that it works beautifully!
Yes, same issue here. It seems to happen after an upgrade of the app, after which the Curator etc roles are not recognized anymore and the app thinks you are a normal user (so it allows to add an item to your collection, but nothing more). Only solution indeed is to delete and re-install the app.
This has been happening to me for weeks. It’s annoying as you know what. Deleted the app, re-installed and signed back in. No change.
Yes, that is annoying, sorry for that. What device do you use? It would be great to fix whatever causes this problem.
