Autographed figure not showing up

There is an autographed Uncle Zombie figure that is in the database but when you click on autograph, there is a message that says it’s not there. Can someone help with this?

Should work now and Alicia is right, it is when there is 1 Subvariant

I unsubvariant it (I know, that is a weird word) and now it shows normal. You should be able to do that as well (is in the Edit menu) but always glad to help.
