Funko used a serial number twice?

I bought funko pop Garfield with Pooky # 40 and later i bought Vito Corleone # 1200 by Amazon.
Both have the same serial number. It’s on the box and on the bottem of the funko.

Is that possible?

I’m seeing 889698801638 for Garfield #40
And 889698615297 for Vito #1200, should be different.

If yours are different it may be a printing error, Funko would not reuse the same manufacturer ID.
