When viewing a List and selecting to see all items with No Estimated Value, the List filter then breaks and shows me items that are not within the selected List.

Yep, a bug. Will have to change that and is now part of the pipeline.

Closer! Say one super bug or 2 smaller ones? We have not codified this yet. Plus this is now fixed.
