I recently received my PR SSJ4 Vegeta Combo offered from Chalice. I have both the Flocked Glow Chase and the Flocked. When I did a glow check on both, the regular flock also has a glow. It’s a fainter glow, but it’s still there. Please research and let me know. Pics attached.
