Hello, I’m hoping I could get some help \ information from someone with more experience than I have before I make a purchase. Off top I want to be clear: I am only looking for information, and I do not nor will I ever hold any individual nor HobbyDB liable for whatever decision I ultimately make. I do not consider any information shared with me to be advisement either for or against a purchase, I am strictly interested in information so that I may make a better-informed decision.
Here’s my situation: I’ve been talking with a seller about an alleged LE12 Wacky Wobbler metallic green Cthulhu figure for a reasonable (yet still substantial to me) price. At my request, they’ve sent me pictures from all angles of the figure that do not appear on backwards image searches. I’ve never seen one of these specific figures from some of the angles he sent, and I’d like to confirm a couple of things.

This may be the simplest way to authenticate this figure: are all 12 of the metallic green Colorway accounted for? I’ve noticed that 10 people here on HobbyDB claim to own one of them. The biggest red flag to me is that the figure being offered is not in its original box (there is no signature nor number in silver ink on the bottom of the box). While typically I would dismiss the figure on that grounds alone, what gives me pause is the terrible shape of the box that it is in. In my thinking, someone attempting to take advantage and scam a collector on an extremely rare collectible wouldn’t attempt to do so with a box that would probably be rated a 3 or 4 of 10. I specifically asked about provenance, and unfortunately the chain of custody has been broken; the seller says they acquired the figure from a Funko collection found in a storage locker they had purchased when the original owners defaulted on payments. The seller is unfortunately not aware of the name of the original owner.

Does the bottom of the figure match up to known authentic examples?

Paint patterns - although the paint in different areas does appear to closely match the coloration on authentic samples I’ve seen online, different lighting and cameras can be misleading, so I’m more interested in what potential overspray that may have been acceptable for these figures and at this time.
If someone with knowledge about these figures is available and wouldn’t mind looking at the pictures sent, I would be forever grateful.
