To me, it looks like a counterfeit Welly 2002 Toyota Celica that’s missing its spoiler. I found the following images on a Russian (?) website:

Not counterfeit or fake, just missing a part, it looks like.
Do Welly cars normally have such sloppy casting lines? It’s not a brand that I’m familiar with, but my counterfeit assumption is based on Welly’s marketing that says they produce “high quality” models and the following photo that shows opening doors with clean unburred casting lines:
Although, I found this photo that shows some burring & sloppy lines with an opening door with a significant gap. But … is it a real Welly at a lower quality level or an imposter? I don’t know.
