Quoted funkos do not get their own listing unless it is one that is limited like 7BAP or OC Celebrity Marketing (both will occasionally have a signature series that is sold specifically with a quote in limited quantities). All regular funkos that are signed (quote or not) are treated as just signed (which already existed in the system for this). This should have been a simple price point add to the existing signed pop.
