Is it our responsiblity to delete our event listings or does the system just drop them off at some point. It would be a real bummer to sort through event listings that were months or years outdated. I understand annual events could just be updated, but sometimes we dont know a year in advance.

At the moment I delete them (should look again). The plan is for them to become inactive and so can be renewed. You can also renew them with Date TBD (so that others can book mark them etc).

They can now be archived (and thus still seen and if an event cloned to create the next one).
