MIssing eBay prices?

I pulled a few eBay prices through last night on Workbench, I can see them listed when I search on the “Manage eBay Prices” screen, but they’re still not showing on the items at all :frowning:

Same issue here. This seems major because assigning prices via Workbench is essentially not working. I now think this may have begun yesterday (USA Pacific Time). I didn’t report then because I thought it was a system delay. I am also wondering whether Quick Merge via Workbench is fully working because its pricing results may not be publicly visible and therefore not factoring into item valuations.

I can load eBay prices to Workbench, but the prices never show up on the items in Workbench, which made me wonder if I should Quick Merge or wait. I can see the prices on the Manage eBay Prices screen, as Cat said, so it would seem the system is capturing them initially.

I tested Quick Merge on one item last night, well after the price for the unapproved item appeared only on the Manage eBay Prices screen. The system accepted the merge, and the price is visible under the kept item (HDBID 400484). But that price is still not visible on the public screen for the item, more than eight hours later.

Then, in what may be a separate issue, there may have been a gap over the weekend with at least Quick Merge items not recalculating item valuations. I think this topic was generally reported elsewhere, and I’m not sure whether that was resolved. I used manual recalculation for a couple of items that I was waiting on, as Christian recommended, because I knew they had no valuations at all. I don’t know how widespread this was.

I think a lot isn’t loading correctly. Even placing new ebay price points is taking up to 12 hours to even go through. Compared to the 2-4 from just last month.

I have seen or experienced pretty much every issue you described recently as well.

Thanks everybody for all the work, I should have posted earlier here. We recently got hit with a lot of bot traffic and had changed it so that all other processes run less often until the load is down again (either until it stoped or we identified the source and blocked it). That part worked. Now we should probably add some information here or on the Curation Dashboard that we are under heavy load. We should be back to almost normal now.
