Price Points coming through as zero, and duplicating

I’ve been finding on items pulled through on Workbench that there seems to be a lot pulled through and duplicating (but not every item weirdly) and many more coming through as zero $. I’ve been having to go back through via the manage ebay screen to add in the amounts and delete duplicates.

I have had two that have refused to update - I go to amend and click save and, nothing happens. They are HB Ids 5981813 and 5981812.

I am also having these issues. Prices taking a long time to finally come through as well as showing the value at $0.

Yep, I am having these issues too. There is another thread about the duplication issue as well.

Yes, more changes from eBay. We try to fix that first thing tomorrow (we plan to also allow the ability to change the Price Sold in the Workbench - so you can fix the $0 items and we can also pull items that eBay does not give us the price for whatever reason (about 10% of our requests). As you should look at the item anyway that allows us to get all Price Points and fix issues as they arise.

Being able to fix the $0 straight from the workbench would be nice. Rather than having to go edit the PP in the manage table.

New Update! We’ve released a fix so now new eBay items pulled in will work with the correct pricing. We will also release a fix later today that will allow you to fix the zero price point listings in the workbench. Please do not delete those price points as you will be able to easily edit, hopefully later today. Let us know if you notice anything else weird!

So I see now there is an edit button that takes us to the screen to enter the values for the $0 listings. But now the edit buttons for both conditions are gone. So if I need to change the value of packaging condition from Mint to let’s say Good, you can only enter numbers now. So what number is Good?

We are still working on this and should have that and a few other improvements released tomorrow (sorry for the late notice).

90 is Near Mint and 96 is Mint. Anything below that will exclude the Price Point from the calculation fo the Estimated Value.

Thank you.

Now done.
