Everything still seems very slow, with broken hot wheels pages and server crashes with entirely blank pages, or just weird pages, they fix for a bit on a refresh but then it crashes again on the next change ![]()
I agree. Its been a real ‘pain’ lately.
Painfully slow indeed. Like catxx said, there are moments where it seems like it’s back to normal, but for the most part it’s just extremely long load times and a lot of time outs and error messages. It’s been like this since Saturday morning for me.
Agree. I’m getting an old school telephone error now. Haven’t seen this in a long time. Can’t even tag Christian - lookup is not working. I’ll email him.
Keep thinking it’s getting better than it goes back to being completely unresponsive. Think they’ve tried to fix it based on the thread below but not sure if that takes time.
Yeah I some normal-ness yesterday and this morning and then it went back to molasses.
We had big network problems and it took us all day to fix them. Incoming traffic would be send out to our server but would not come back and then more and more queries would load on the server and bring it down. It would then restart and the same thing would happen again. We rebuild our incoming traffic pod and plan to add another for redundancy to avoid this going forward.
Christian, thanks for the update, and to you and the team for wrestling with these major issues on our behalf. I have a follow-up question: The top banner on the home page has said the site has been back to its normal self for about four hours, since around 5 pm USA Pacific Time. I am still unable to get eBay pricing data via Workbench, though. I get nothing but errors saying “data not found,” for data that normally easily pulls into Workbench. Is Workbench down, and if so, is there any word on when we can use it again? Thanks.
Thank to you Christian, and to the entire team for resolving this so quickly.
I am also getting data not found when trying to get eBay data for the workbench.
