The following message appeared when clicking on my Collection tonight:
Error loading page Domain: undefined Error Code: -2 Description: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
Prior to that nothing would happen when trying to bring up my Collection.
The net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error means your browser cannot translate a website address (URL) into an IP address, often caused by DNS issues, faulty network configurations, or outdated browser cache. Fix it by clearing your DNS cache or clearing browser cookies.
As you can see your Showcase is there
(once resolved I suggest to add images for those folders, makes them look soo much better!).
I’m unsure how browser cache or cookies would be the culprit when the error occurred using the app.
Now, when attempting to view Collection, it says “Something went wrong, error 502"
I resolved it by clearing the filter I had set to view items that were not in any of my lists.
