Not sure where to post this sort of issue, but wanted to let you know that I am facing massive slowness when adding pictures. Also when clicking on Edit or Save it takes much longer than normal until the Edit screen appears or the item is saved. Are others facing slowness as well?
Is this temporary or constant?
Noticing this as well, I’d say it’s almost always constant. Mostly for saving items (newly added), especially saving changes (editing an item). I do notice it with pictures, but it’s mostly with them loading, if I remember the order I can just select main, search, etc., and save and it’s fine.
Going back through the photos you got to set them twice for the main, search, and SV. I’ve been. Updating a few photos on pops to ones from Funko/droppp and it’s the fix I found. I also try to upload them every few minutes so it doesn’t rush the backend
Slowness is continuously getting worse but it seems entirely random. I tried for half an hour to upload images for a single listing today and this is as far as I got:
We think we had a lot of bot traffic at the time and worked to stop those. Performance has been better so will close this for now.
Yes, I feel that performance has improved, although sometimes it can still take 1 or more minutes to save a new item with pictures.
Performance has definitely stabilized, adding images still seems hit or miss at times but a lot better than how is was.
I still think we need a way to remove images, like if there’s a blurry image or it doesn’t meet the requirements then we should be able to remove, would have website resources a lot.
We released that you can remove very small images (200 by 200). Those are the ones that eBay provides us (please replace with bigger versions). Others please flag.
Anyone else experiencing this again since last night? Site is almost unusable at the moment. Search and modifying a listing, especially images are taking forever or giving an error and/or broken Superman.
Yes, had to restart the servers that fixed it. Will review the logs on Monday to see what happened there
Still experiencing slowness.
Indeed, comes and goes but when it’s slow it’s pretty much a dead stop (error page or can’t find server). Sure it’ll just take some time.
Had site issues earlier. Still can’t get my Wishlist screen to load at all.

Been trying to add 1 item to the database for the last 30 or 40 minutes and it still has not completed saving (it includes 1 picture…).
Opened a second screen and can see that the item did get added, but the picture still is not visible:
